Every monument is engineer-sealed with a proper foundation designed for Gulf-Coast wind and soil, and we handle the city and landlord permit package start to finish. Because we fabricate in-house, the cabinet, the masonry detailing, the faces, and the lighting are all coordinated by one team, so it’s built right and it holds up.

BEFORE IT SHIPS
Lit monuments run 72 hours before they ship.
Not every monument is lit, but when yours is, we don’t hand it over until we know the lighting holds. It gets powered on and left running a full 72 hours on our floor before it ever goes on a truck: LEDs, wiring, transformer, all of it. Anything weak fails here, where we can pull it and fix it, instead of after it’s set in your landscaping. The SHOR on Clear Lake monument below sat lit for three days on our floor before it ever reached the site.
